So this? This was a fun shoot. I had the best time with this couple and this baby? Well he or she is one lucky little cookie. I don’t think I have laughed so much in a long time.

One of the things I love most about my job is getting to experience families starting and growing. Piper was a maternity I just did and her mom also let me shoot a few newborns! What an adorable little baby! Rolls that go on for miles! I love that in a tiny newborn.
Piper has a great family. Two older brothers and great parents! I hope I get to see more of them in the future!

As I go through this set of photographs I think what strikes me the most is how much you can see that they love each other. There are very few shots where he or she isn’t looking at the other with that awesome sparkle. One lucky baby to have parents who you can see are THAT in love. It’s an awesome thing to look back on.

I had the honor of shooting this family last week! I know, kind of behind but I couldn’t not share them. Shawn and Jodi provided care for my son each Sunday in church. Drew, my little guy would basically only go to Shawn for awhile and when we’re getting ready to take him, Shawn was who we talked about as we took him to childcare each week. They have been a real blessing to us and I am so honored they let me shoot this awesome occasion in their lives.
Jodi, Shawn and Haley will be welcoming another little girl very soon! I hope I get to opportunity to meet her as well!
