Meet the S. Family. I’ve been very blessed to have them in my life for the last couple of years. Leann, the mom, was the preschool director at my boys’ preschool. She really made that school amazing and though she decided to move forward in something else, I will always be thankful for all she did at the preschool.

Jon, the dad is a chicken farmer. Something about that is totally cool. I love talking to him and listening to how positive and up beat he is about everything!

And they’re kids are amazing. They’re an amazing family.

This session has been in the works for what seems like forever! I was SO excited when I landed at the site Jon had picked. Really cool and had all the little things I love. Beautiful trees and architecture and a big field! It was a really great session and totally worth the wait!

My family and I have been here for two years now and I have been DYING to go the the Colonial Theater’s Blob Fest and this year we FINALLY got to go. I was bummed when I couldn’t get tickets to the movie but was pleased as punch that we were able to go to the “blob ball”.

I made a dress, petticoat and all and my husband dressed up too! It’s the most fun I’ve had in a long time!

I managed to snap a couple of photos of a tripod! I just thought I would share!

Also I just wanted to say, I never totally delete photos. When I say something is being removed, it’s only the online gallery. I never delete the photos completely. If you have a gallery older then 6 weeks, it will be deleted during this weeks move but the photos are always with me.

I met the “part” of the E. Family when I had the awesome opportunity to  take photos for Providence Christian Preschool. I was lucky to have them come to a Holiday mini session and then, call me when their triplets arrive. In a flash their family, their awesome family went from 4 fantastic people to 7! And I am so thrilled I got to come photograph this growing family!

I will confess, the most fun was talking to their oldest son. He’s incredibly smart and a joy to be around. You can really tell their home is full of love, fun and just all around good stuff. The littlest brother was my “assistant”, I love when they’re so curious! It was a fantastic way to spend a Saturday morning and I can’t wait to watch the triplets and their brothers grow up!

Happy 1st birthday Baby A. I knew you as a belly, a newborn and now a spunky, funky one year old! Seriously the coolest job ever. Lucky me .

Today is her ACTUAL first birthday!

Below is one of my favs from today because it’s kind of a “look at me now”. I put her on that bed as a newborn and now a one year old! We even shot in the same location at the maternities. Clients like this make my heart sing. They make me feel so awesome and special to be included in their lives! It’s the best feeling really.
